Alliance Plumbing Service
Términos del servicio
Last updated: April 10, 2026
This document applies to visitors and customers located in the United States who use our website or services. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online properties operated by Alliance Plumbing Service (“Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the United States, and they apply together with any separate written agreements for plumbing work performed at your property.
By accessing or using our website, calling us, or submitting a request through our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use our website or contact us on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Services and website role
Our website provides general information about residential plumbing services we offer (such as repairs, installations, and emergency response). Content is for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time availability, pricing, or scope of work in every situation.
Scheduling and estimates. Service appointments, pricing, and written estimates are confirmed separately (by phone, email, or on-site assessment). An estimate is not a guarantee of final charges if hidden conditions or code requirements are discovered during work, except as stated in a separate written agreement.
No emergency obligation via website. Submitting a form or browsing our site does not create an emergency dispatch obligation until we confirm availability and terms with you directly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or communications for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks, or interfere with site security.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse contact information or content without our prior written consent.
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting service.
We may suspend or refuse service or site access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.
5. Intellectual property
The website, logos, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Alliance Plumbing Service or our licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for temporary copies needed to browse the site and limited sharing for personal, non-commercial reference.
6. Third-party links and tools
Our website may link to third-party sites or embed tools (such as maps or analytics). We do not control those services; their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND ANY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some states do not allow certain disclaimers; in those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIANCE PLUMBING SERVICE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE BROWSING), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, CERTAIN PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS CAUSED BY GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, WHERE APPLICABLE). SERVICE WORK AT YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE SUBJECT TO SEPARATE WRITTEN TERMS, WARRANTIES, OR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alliance Plumbing Service and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act may apply where arbitration is elected as described below.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the information in Section 12 to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Venue. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory arbitration or small-claims rules, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the website shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only—not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
11. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement for work performed, constitute the entire agreement regarding the website.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
